3 Arrested in Connection with Afternoon Burglary

Suisun City Police arrested three individuals shortly after they allegedly broke into a Suisun home.

Three people went to jail Monday afternoon on suspicion of burglary.

Suisun City Police officers arrested Leighon Rojas-Jones, 19, of Fairfield, Sequan Brown, 22, listed as a transient, and 19-year-old Kandace Perez, of Vacaville on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy to commite a crime. An additional charge of violation of probation was given to Rojas-Jones and Brown.

On Monday, at 1:08 p.m., a Suisun resident called police after hearing glass breaking in their home on the 1600 block of Tucson Circle, according to police. The resident reported that people were in the home.

The alleged burglars fled the residence while Suisun officers were driving to the scene. The burglars left in a silver vehicle, police said. Police found the vehicle leaving the area and initiated a traffic stop on Walters Road, near East Tabor in Fairfield.

The trio was arrested on suspicion of the aforementioned crimes without incident. No injuries were reported. Anyone who has information regarding this incident is asked to contact Officer Soldo with the Suisun City Police Department at (707) 421-7373.
