Fairfield Celebrates Veteran's Day
Cadets, servicemen and civilians gather to honor our veterans.
Fairfield kicked off its annual Veterans Day parade today at 12:30 pm. Crowds of all ages and all different ethnic backgrounds lined the streets in support of our veterans. Flags waved and cheers were shouted as everyone enjoyed the parade. Several different groups of veterans participated in the parade. The different branches of the armed services were also represented. Today we give thanks to all of our veterans, troops and servicemen who support our country and risk their lives daily.
