Is Suisun City Still the Fittest City in Solano County? Join the Team to Prove We Are!

SoFitCity Challenge is gearing up for another race. Join Suisun City in a friendly competing against Vacaville, Suisun City, Vallejo, Benicia, Rio Vista to maintain bragging rights of being the most fit City in Solano County on Sept. 28.

California data accuses Solano County of being one of the most obese and under-active, at more than 28% obesity rating. Kaiser Permanente is aiming to kick that statistic into shape, sponsoring the 2nd annual So Fit City competition.

The Run/Walk/Party will kick off Sept 28 at the Solano Town, Center Mall in Fairfield, consisting of a 5K, 10K, and family fun mile

In just a couple weeks, Suisun City will lace sneakers with six other cities in America's Only city versus city competition for health and fitness.

Its a party, its a championship and its a civic pride campaign. If you want to prove your city is the most fit, you're invited to join in setting an example of what an entire city can do when we RUN.WALK.PARTY together.

Events will include:
-Fittest City: the city with the largest number of participants
-Police vs Fire "First Responder" fastest fire/police/EMS etc
-Armed Services ChallengeFastest active and retired individual
