My answer: Good question! Volunteering is a great way to get your kids into the spirit of giving back to, and working with, their community to make it better.

You may also want to try Mission Solano, Solano County Library, and Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, who are often looking for extra hands. Whatever you and your son choose, know you are taking an important step toward not just his future, but the future of our community.
