Rain Returns To Suisun City, Briefly

Wet weather early in the week leads to sunshine Wednesday through Sunday.

Rain on Sunday was a precursor of what we can expect later Monday and Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service:

Today: Roughly 70 percent chance of rain. Cloudy, with a high near 57 degrees. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain possible.

Tonight: Showers, with a low around 49 degrees. Southeast wind between 9 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Between a quarter and half of an inch of rain possible.

Tuesday: About an 80 percent chance of showers, but mainly after 11am. High near 59 degrees. South wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Between a tenth and quarter of an inch of rain possible.

Wednesday: A 30 percent chance of showers before 11am. Partly sunny, with a high near 67 degrees. Calm wind becoming north between 5 and 8 mph.

Thursday: Sunny with a high near 76 degrees.

Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 72 degrees.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with a high near 70 degrees.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 67 degrees.
