Ace Hardware Closes in Suisun City; What Should Replace It?

Let us know in the comments section what you think should fill the vacant lot where the appliance chain used to be.

A Suisun City Patch reader recently e-mailed Patch with the news that the 252 Sunset Ave Ace Hardware was closing.

"The Ace Hardware was closed today and a "lost our lease" sign was out front!" said reader Debbie W.

Calls to the hardware store went unanswered and the voice recording did not allow for a message to be left. It's still unclear why the hardware store may have allegedly lost its lease.

Representatives from CenterVest Capital, a San Luis Obispo-based real estate investment company, overseeing the leasing and property management of the location did not return calls either. According to its website, the company specializes in the acquisition, asset management and redevelopment of institutional retail establishments.
