BBQ Line Forms Up At Kroc Welcome Center
Party hosted by Salvation Army Kroc Center continues despite the weather.
It was Zumba, BBQ and membership sign ups at the Kroc Welcome Center Saturday, as rainy weather called off the bounce house and the dunk tank, but failed to dampen enthusiasm for the Zumba class, new memberships, a recycling drive and the hot dogs grilled on the BBQ.
Michael Brito normally functions as the business services manager, but Saturday he was grillmaster, even bringing along "Lucille" his special set BBQ tools.
Check out some photos of the event, and remember that if you're curious about the Kroc Center -- which opens May 26 -- the Welcome Center now has weekend hours from 9 am to 1 p.m. to suit your busy schedule.
