"Our vision is to simplify Indian cooking and bring you back to the basics with nutrition, quality, flavor, aroma and taste. our spice blends fresh ingredients and your imagination will transform your craving into simple and satisfying cuisine," explains Punjabi Dhaba's website, "The blending and preparation of spices is a centuries old craft and indispensable to Indian cuisine. Our traditional dishes are rooted in the soil of Southern and Northern Indian and they are prepared in our restaurant as in our own homes."
