What's With The New Flyers Gas Station?

Owners of Sunset Avenue and Highway 12 gas station turn to Flyers to offer cheaper gas.

By now you may have noticed the change in the gas station on Highway 12 and the west side of Sunset Avenue.

Betty Sull, general manager of the new Flyers gas station at Highway 12 and Sunset Avenue, said her and her family's decision to change from Shell to Flyers was to offer the community cheaper gas in a time of rising costs.

"We did it to help the community out," she said, adding that with new lower gas prices they are promising increased customer service, remaining a 24-hour operation, offering propane service and of course, the car wash.

Sull says it's the cheapest in town at $4 for the least expensive wash setting. Customers who purchase eight or more gallons of gas get a $1 discount.
