15 oz. can of pumpkin
1 cup oil

4 eggs
3 cups flour

3 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preheat oven for 325 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg in bowl, set to side. Mix pumpkin, oil and eggs in separate bowl. Combine all ingredients and place in greased 9 inch by 9 inch baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes. Check if ready by placing toothpick in bread to test. When toothpick comes out with virtually dry, bread is ready.
