UPDATE: What Did The Wind Gusts Do To Your House Last Night?

Did the winds damage any part of your house or neighborhood last night?

There were 50+ mph wind gusts last night as reported by weather services. Patch has calls in to PG&E and the city, but in the meantime: Did your house get damaged? Did anyone's house on your street get damaged? Were you out in the wind last night?

Update 10:41 a.m.: Jason King, a spokesperson for PG&E, says all customers currently have power in the Suisun City area, although there was one outage last night for 174 customers in the Travis Blvd./Richards Ct. area in Fairfield that was reported at 9:11 p.m. and the last of the customers' power was restored at 1:25 a.m. this morning.

King said he didn't know if wind was the cause of the power failure, and the cause is under investigation.

Update 1:14 p.m.: Jeff Penrod, public works superintendent, said he was very busy this morning. There were 12 trees of varying sizes down throughout the city as a result of last night's wind storm.

"Which is not unexpected for this type of event," he said.

In Lawler Ranch, a 40 ft. sycamore tree went down. Most of the trees were blocking roadways, there were small ones down in Heritage Park and some down near Blossom Ave., and the waterfront lost a pear tree, Penrod said.

"I was surprised more didn't go down."
