Chick-fil-A CEO's Comments Make You Want to Boycott the Restaurant?

Latest blow-up concerns Chick-fil-A CEO’s comments against gay marriage and the reactions.

When Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy recently said, “We are very much supportive of the family—the biblical definition of the family unit,” he stirred the pot on gay marriage, igniting comments like those of San Diego Councilman Todd Gloria (who represents Hillcrest, a haven for gays): “I think it’s surprising that a well-run corporation would choose to ignore a huge group of consumers. That’s disappointing and, quite frankly, dumb.” Some are urging boycotts. But should McDonald’s and Carl’s Jr. (when they were run by Ray Kroc and Carl Karcher) have been targeted by Democrats?  Those owners were solid conservative as well.

Now we put the question to the readers of Suisun City. Do the comments make you want to boycott Chick-fil-A in Fairfield?

No it doesn't. This is America. We all have an opinion of what we believe in. Not everyone believes in what I believe in and I don't have people avoiding me. I go to work and their are many people that I don't see their point of view, do I not go to work because we don't see eye-to-eye? Why can't this company and others have their opinion too? Who is to say what they believe in is wrong? Stop buying gas too while you're at it as the Arab nations kill homosexuals.
