"A resident on Military West complained of noise from a Lower Arsenal manufacturing facility." It must have been extremely loud if they heard a Lower Arsenal manufacturing facility all the way over on Military West.

Stop playing the race card. Not all vallejoans are the same race.

It more than about race, you Racist Trogladites. Vallejo is a minority-majority city and making them the culprit for everytime something evil happens in Benicia is equivalent to racism. Just stop it white people!!! Are you not Christians in a Judae/Christian society. Act like it and J.B., if you are not part of the solution...you are definitely part of the problem!!! Peace out Oh J.B.., be more sensitive and human toward those who are being lambasted by the cyber racist bullies. People are spewing racist hatred on this BLOG and whether someone is writing in all caps are all you are concerned about. 'There lies one of the problems"!!!

if people commit a crime they are criminals. no matter what color they are. if they live in vallejo and commit a crime, they live in vallejo and are criminals. they dont get an "excuse" because they happen to be of "color" if they commit a crime. the police do not say there are 2 guys, they are " what ever color" ..they are criminals. oh , " i live in vallejo" and i commit crimes and I should get a pass, because i am " what ever color" and i live in vallejo. you must really be stupid person if you believe the garbage you talk about.

Bobby, it is time for you to get a grip on reality. You are not (NOT) being singled out because you are of color. You are being singled out becase you are "Bobby Richardson, A.K.A., 'The Black Panther of Poetry'. "
