Coroner ID's Man Killed In Weekend Fairfield Shooting

The Solano County coroner's office has identified 26-year-old Quincy John Henry Quinney as the victim, although it is unclear where he lived.

The Solano County coroner's office has identified a man murdered in Fairfield on Saturday as 26-year-old Quincy John Henry Quinney.

Police responded to reports of shots fired at about 2:50 a.m. in the Avery Park Apartments complex at 2000 Clay Bank Road, where officers discovered a man with gunshot wounds, according to police.

The man, later identified as Quinney, was transported to NorthBay Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

It is unclear where Quinney lived, according to the coroner's office. An autopsy is scheduled for today.
