Shooting in Green Valley followed legal battle over residence

By Bay City News Service

A Fairfield man shot his former common-law wife multiple times and another resident of their Venus Drive home once in the head and the chest Saturday, according to a Solano County coroner's deputy.

Jason Eisenberg, 37, also wounded a 27-year-old man in the foot by firing through a locked bathroom door before he shot himself once in the head, deputy Jackson Harris said.

Brittany Quinn, 27, Eisenberg's former wife and business partner at Skyhouse Media based in Napa, and Anthony Chambers, 41, were pronounced dead at the scene at 1:16 p.m. Saturday, Harris said.

Eisenberg was taken to an area trauma center, police said. He was pronounced dead at 1:55 p.m. Saturday, Harris said.

The 27-year-old man who survived notified police about the murders and suicide at 12:08 p.m. He is not being identified because he is the victim of a domestic violence incident, Fairfield police Officer Cleo Mayoral said.

Eisenberg's father also lived in the house in the 5200 block of Venus Drive, Mayoral said. He was downstairs when he heard the gunshots on the second floor and went to a neighbor's house, Mayoral said.

Chambers and the survivor were friends of Eisenberg and Quinn but were not involved in the property and finances dispute between Quinn and Eisenberg, Mayoral said.

The couple's common-law marriage ended two years ago and Quinn moved out of the residence, Mayoral said.

The couple battled over their finances and real estate assets even after Quinn received a civil court order in December that allowed her to move back into the residence, Mayoral said.

The day before the shootings, Quinn served Eisenberg with a civil lawsuit notice about money she believed Eisenberg owed her, Mayoral said.

Their business, Skyhouse Media, produced television commercials and marketing services for businesses.
