The Solano County Grand Jury found some fault with the Solano County Coroner's office, according to The Reporter of Vacaville.
The Grand Jury found the security for the door was unable to alert people inside of intrusion. They recommended a new security system be installed and replace manual locks on the door with a card key system. They also found some files were in danger of fire and water damage.
In other recommendations the Grand Jury suggested the Coroner's Procdeure Manual be updated.
