Fairfield Pastor, Suisun Resident Accused of Child Molestation to be Arraigned Today
Suisun City resident Robert Ruark will appear in a Solano County courtroom today for an arraignment hearing.
Robert Ruark, 65, of Suisun City, a pastor at St. Timothy Orthodox Church in Fairfield, will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m., today.
He is suspected of molesting juveniles as young as 13 years old as far back as 1994.
The arraignment will take place in Department 4, Solano County Law and Justice Center, 530 Union Ave., Fairfield.

Reached by phone today, Deacon John Dibs of St. Timothy's declined to talk to Suisun City Patch stated he was in them middle of church matters and would call back when he could.
He did express a concern over the arrest, however, Suisun City Patch did not hear back from Pastor Dibs as of the time of this posting. We will update the story as soon as we hear back from Dibs.
