People get hit by cars every day. Why is this particular story 'news'? Also, where is JB?

I'm more interested in the local crime reports which have been AWOL for at least a month and what happened with the gunshots reported near 900 Southampton last night than an injured jay walker in Fairfield.

Poor guy was probably just trying to get home!!! FAIRFIELD; THERE'S NO FARE THERE!   Fair-field, The county mounty Once I ran into Garamendi there was he collecting a bounty?   Don't do the crime if you can't walk the time and walking you will do along with a date  to see the judge hours of miles will ensue   Three a.m. in the morning In the good ole U.S. of A. kicking rocks you will cause you've been cited out you can't stay!   Now getting home is a must you think that a taxpayer would get five dollars for the bus   Oh but not in Fair-field where nobody care yes, they call it Fair-field But why? It would be helpful to have the local police blotter added once again.

Not surprised at all about gun shots at 900 Southampton. That whole complex has turned into a mini-Vallejo.

There was also a driveby on Hillcrest recently.
