Fairfield Police are searching for Justin Ryan Ortiz.
Fairfield Police are searching for a suspected burglar.
Justin Ryan Ortiz has two outstanding felony warrants for burglary and is a suspect in a string of local burglaries, according to the Fairfield Police Department.
Ortiz, 31, has ties to Sacramento and the Bay Area, but his last known residence was in Orange County in southern California.
