A slain 13-year-old Suisun City girl will be remembered Friday night in the park where her body was found.
At 6:30 p.m. Friday, friends and family will hold a vigil for Genelle Conway-Allen at Allan Witt Community Park, 1741 W. Texas St., Fairfield.
Just a few hours before the scheduled start of the vigil, police announced they had made an arrest in Genelle's homicide: 32-year-old Fairfield resident Anthony Lamar Jones is suspected of killing her.
