A 16-year-old Fairfield girl died when her truck struck a tree in
Fairfield early this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Solano County coroner's office identified the girl as Savana
Price. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 5:44 a.m.
Price was speeding in a 1998 Nissan Frontier south on Ramsey Road

Price was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected from
the truck. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the collision,
Parker said.

The crash closed the two left lanes of Ramsey Road for two hours.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call the CHP at (707)
