Got Craft Supplies For Fairfield PAL?

The Police Activities League is looking for craft supplies for its programs.

Information from City Of Fairfield:

The Fairfield Police Activities League (PAL) at the Matt Garcia Youth Center is looking for help stocking its arts and crafts supply shelf. This summer, several local crafters will be volunteering at the center to lead arts and crafts projects. Students will make jewelry and hair accessories, friendship bracelets and more craft projects.

The PAL center is looking for:
-       Headbands (Plain ones without decor on them, since we will be adding the decor)
-       Hair Clips (mostly need alligator clips but can use other kinds as well)
-       Silk (fake) flowers of any kind
-       Rhinestones, beads, brooches (Any sort of sparkle!)
-       Feathers
-       Ribbon
-       Fabric Scraps
-       Nail Polish / Nail Polish Pens (open / used ones are fine!)
-       Beads, clasps and other jewelry making supplies
-       Embroidery thread  (all colors will work-but students prefer bright and bold colors)

The center can use old and used supplies for these projects.  Donations can be dropped off at the PAL Center Monday-Friday between 3-9 p.m.

Please join us today and help make interesting crafting available for local teens.

For more information about these PAL activities, please call 707.422.6288 or visit the program's website at www.fairfield-pal.org.
