Hudson, the lone Republican in the race, is one of two Suisun City Candidates in the race to represent the newly redrawn district that cuts out Davis, long the supplier of winners in past battles to represent much of Solano County. The other candidate is Charles Kingeter, who currently has the least votes of any candidate.

I will update this story tomorrow morning when more precincts report in.
