Solano Community College is a smoke-free campus that can't seem to rid itself of nicotine, for the moment.
At least that's what a report in the Daily Republic on Thursday said. Despite efforts to curb smoking on the Fairfield campus, many people were observed smoking on various places on school grounds during the first week of classes. Students and faculty are supposed to smoke only in designated areas, according to the report, and tha campus is aiming to be smoke-free by 2013.
Do you think Solano College's no-smoking efforts are a bit of a stretch or should the campus do all it can to stop smoking? Tell us what you think!
