Go Suisun! Go! We also have to thank our City Council and the Staff for all of their hard work forRead More being open to this idea and re-vamping the ordinances to allow the sale and use of the fireworks to go on. Sorry Fairfield, but Suisun seriously rocks! We seriously do!

I agree with Laura. Suisun rocks! :) It's nice to see our city can be self sufficient. Cheers!

Thank you so much! I was just admiring those flags the other day, and thought how wonderful it wouldRead More be to see them all the time, not just around a patriotic holiday.

They were a great idea. It adds character to the city, I think.

You go Mike! When I got up to go to the Marina on Memorial Day, I loved seeing the flags. I'm gladRead More they are still up and blowing in our great Suisun wind. Thank you for celebrating our fine men and women who served and are still serving this grand country. Trish, The kayak lady!

I agree, plus, as an artist, I like how it adds color to the stretch of highway.

There are approximately 402 posts along the south side of Hwy 12 between Marina Blvd and GrizzleyRead More Island Road. Divided by 3 (every third post) and increasing the number at each intersection puts approximately 145 flags out there. David, you're absolutely correct about the color. Those flags are the most beautiful of colors. I hope those flags will continue to wave in the Suisun 'breeze' through the celebration of our 4th of July. Independence Day, our freedom as a Country and that FREEDOM WAS NOT FREE. Everyone, please have a safe, enjoyable and relaxing day off. Be safe when using the Safe and Sane fireworks.

This is such a God send for Mission Solano. I did want to share something that perhaps you folksRead More would want to know about. There is a guest at the Bridge to Life that really has had a pretty hard beginning in life- full of physical abuse, etc.. She is now flourishing and really just glowing since coming to Mission Solano because not only is she getting help, but she is also getting love, compassion, hope, and renewal in faith. In her former life, she was an outstanding cook. In typical fashion of Mission Solano, Brother Ray Courtemanche paid for her Food Handling Certification course and she passed the test with flying colors. With this kitchen, she will now be cooking for Mission Solano. Her heart is so full now. So let us continue helping them to fill up others’ hearts, including our own, and donate to this incredible organization.

Thanks for sharing Laura..what a beautiful story. And none of us should ever judge those who areRead More going through hard times...It can happen to any of us. God bless Brother Ray...and those involved with Mission Solano.

God Bless the Solano County Supervisors for this loan modification. Without the support of SolanoRead More County, the community, and the volunteers, Mission Solano could not continue to operate and that would be a travesty for our county. I can’t tell you the number of people that have gotten a hand up from Mission Solano and through their programs found themselves again, found hope, found purpose, found jobs, and did a complete turnaround and are now productive tax payers. So you see- it really is a good business deal for the community if you think of it monetarily. So “Thank you” again Supervisors for thinking outside of the box and looking at this as the investment that it is.

That was really very nice loan. The loan was made to rush the completion of an earlier phase of theRead More Bridge to Life Center. People should understand this loan and its advantages. http://www.12monthloans.co.uk
